Where does God live?

God is different from people. People need places to live and sleep and eat. God does not need those things. Instead, God gives those things to people who need them.

God may not have a house to live in, but God is still here with us. Even though we cannot see God, God promises to be close to us and listen to us. And God speaks to us in a special way in church when we hear about the Bible and when we are baptized. Jesus Christ also comes to us in a special way in the Lord's Supper.
